Alex Scorethread Sposored by Andrex Bog Roll

Get em in here folks.

Going for a dreary 1-0 win played on a swamp of a pitch in front of a sparse crowd coughing into their elbows.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

:) Triple velvet performance and GC one sheet does it all.

Music in the stands by Police ,don't stand so close to me.

R.E.M its the end of the world as we know it.

Give them the run around like the Labrador Andrex Dog :)

It's going to be very tough. But , i suspect, probably 80% of Stags fans will still expect us to win .

Honestly didn't realise Crewe were top. They'd dropped to 4th or 5th the last time I looked properly at that end of the table. Shows how far we've fallen this season.

It’ll be tough they’re at the top of the league and we’re near the bottom for a reason. I’m hoping the conditions will be a leveller and we can get a result, I’d be happy with a draw from this one although it’s a chance for the elusive back to back wins.

This time last season we were around the top and we consistently kept losing away to bottom half sides.... Notts County, Port Vale etc etc

They're 16 points behind us with 12 games to go, and with them still to play. They are not going to catch us.

I'm going for an entertaining 3-2 win, with us clinging on for dear life for the last 10 minutes. Charsley to open his account.

And some people on here questioned whether Dave Artell was good enough to manage us.

I know who would have thought some stability in the hotseat would bring success in the end.

Me too.

Fair play to him. He’s done wonders at Crewe. Hopefully he’ll be able to keep his nerve and not throw away the almost impossible :x

We’re clearly improving, fitness, cohesion the lot / whether the game comes too early or not it’ll be a good test for us and the manager to see where we are and what we need to work towards.

The good thing is he’s got free reign to try out formations, different players etc now we know there’s no issues with relegation. Would be more than happy to see him blood some young players

1-1
