Does anyone know if there's a video of this knocking around anywhere on the internet?

this is just the Stags goals (all 6 of them!)

If you wanted the Alfreton goals, I'd have to grab them off my master highlights DVD which would take longer.

God we were a poor old team back then.

Enjoyable day out that though.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Fantastic watching all those goals again. Lots of goals from long throws and corners. Midfield players smashing shots into the goal from outside the area. Great stuff.

Interesting that you think of that side as a ‘poor team’. Completely understand that it was in the conference, but when you look at the side relative to what level they’re at I wouldn’t call them a poor side.

The bulk of that side got us in to the playoffs and then promotion the following year, they worked well as a squad, went on some great winning runs, gave us some good moments, and we had some very effective players at that level. We were a good side for those 2 years for the level we were at.
