Dempster is so scared of taking a risk that he becomes paralysed when he needs to be decisive. I think he was let down by the club when he was appointed in that the expectations of promotion we maintained and he clearly didn't have anyone mentoring or guiding him. However, whether he was the right or wrong person in September he is not the right man as his brain is scrambled (as evidenced by his match selections and tactics)

Today he was brave in his team selection, we held out for 60 and then after the sending off Shrewsbury have held their own and then scored. We haven't had a shot since the dismissal.

Time for Dempster to be replaced.
