The story drags on now deeper in the mire after another pointless weekend
i dont know what mr radford is thinking keeping this man as the manager
we have gone backwards at least 2 years after this awful season so far?

If there’s anyone who thinks dempster should still be the manager you’re either on a wind up or you’re raspberry

And if we played like that every week we'd win plenty and games like this would be quickly forgotten. As it is its another defeat and surely the final nail?

Didn’t go but sounded a better performance but this is a results based business and the results aren’t good enough. Time to thank Dempster for his work over the years but give him his P45.

The really scary thing is that if results go against us in the next round of league games we could be 3rd off bottom.

The Stags played well and deserved a draw. We created around 5 or 6 good chances to score. We were the best side for the first 30 minutes of the 2nd half but Nicky Maynard and Andy Cook did not take their chances. Andy Cook played well in the 2nd half and put himself about and held the ball up. Nicky Maynard missed a one on one with the keeper. Disappointing we did not create any chances in the last 15-20 minutes.

Omari Sterling-James looked bright when he came on. Otis's final ball let him down again.

Matt Preston was probably our best defender.

Keep the same team for next week (although Conor Shaughnessy may not be allowed to play).

I just spotted that. 2 points off 22nd. Only 7 from the trap door.

10 points from the play offs and 12 from autos.

A run and we would be right back in it but that isn't going to happen without a change.

Means nothing unless we score...

Maynard just fluffed one on one.

You can be relegated by being all over teams and not getting anything.

Let's see what the brave lads who have gone down to Swindon, have to say about the performance shall we ?

If it's improved then surely that's a step in the right direct.

Leyton Orient sacking their manager doesn't appear to have helped them so far, does it ?

There will always be a 'reason' for you to be against sacking JD, won't there?

I didn't want JD there in the first place. I was more than happy with DF :)

Yes because Flitcroft is doing such a stirling job at Bolton they only conceded seven today :D :D

It’s not really scary though is it?

It’s what you expect from dumpster.

I hope when we play 2 weeks on Saturday our home crowd drops below 3,000.

Hopefully, finally it might waken someone from the board to take action

Look at the games coming up... going to need some big shocks/ upsets to get anything positive going.

And if the new guy doesn't get us promoted.

And if the new guy doesn't get us playing attractive football.

And if the new guy is just as bad or worse.

Then what ?

Remember Notts County ?

The money used to pay up contracts, more than likely, will be set against next years budget.

I didn't want DF sacking, I certainly didn't want JD as manager, but if the performance has improved we should give him longer.

Despite what has been said ( and the budget ) it was unlikely we would have got promoted under a rookie manager, particularly as SE and DF ( two experience managers ), "failed" with similar squads.

Let’s just stick with Dempster forever then, just in case everybody, that the new gaffer can’t change our fortunes! Let’s live in fear of ever sacking the manager because Notts County went down!

Yep, we've turned so many corners we are now heading in the same direction as always just this bit of road was prettier.

Now is the perfect time for a change. 2 cup games away to get to know the team then a home league game to be properly welcomed.

The good news is with Scunthorpe winning, we have not beaten a side currently outside the bottom seven :mexican_wave:

However, they are still below us, so we've still not beaten a team currently above us in the table!
