The man watches a different game to anyone else. We created next to nothing. The one big chance we had came from their defender failing to stop a through ball. A few other half chances. He thinks we moved the ball well in the first half  give me strength.

Boring to listen to, stubborn to change things and as mentioned he watched a completely different game to the 700+ in the away end.

I think man of the match ought to be awarded to the bloke who put the highlights together. He condensed down what seemed like a rain sodden lifetime into a minute or so.

Good work fella.

Doesn't Stevenson ever ask any difficult questions?

What's your mindset behind your team selection?

Would you agree it was defensive and not one geared to take the game to them.

You said our forward play was good but that doesn't stack up in chances and corners stats

We hung on for the last ten minutes for a draw. How do you feel that would have been received hanging on for a win if we were al ready ahead?

They're just off the top of my head FGS.

It was the '2 months ago we'd have lost that game' comment that made my head fall off. The bloke is genuinely convinced we are moving in a positive direction. His mate Drewe probably getting into his head telling him what a good job they're doing, channelling positive thoughts and all the rest of it. Minging.

A 400 mile round trip for that debacle yesterday, painful to watch wasn't the word.

If he thinks that's a positive hes having a laugh. We might have lost that game but only because he doesn't know what hes doing.

Fair play to you and the rest that went. The support on a open terrace given the weather we’ve had and with Christmas on the horizon deserved better.

He went for “one up front” which became “none up front” when Danny pulled his hamstring having had the ridiculous notion of chasing the ball.

The numbers in the away end yesterday speak volumes about our season. Last season we took almost double

Unlikely, given both Preston and Benning were head shaking at the fans and Dempster trotted off pretty quickly after seeing the response he was getting.

I wasnt there so didnt see that. Still feel the manager, any manager, should always thank those who travelled. Especially in bad weather. Leaves a bad taste.

Did I really hear him say that Macclesfield are doing well in the league????

So I presume based on that comment that he thinks we are as well

God help us if 14th place is doing well

If he thinks there doing well, then god help us next week when we travel to league leaders Swindon. There’s only 1 tactic JD will employ for this match, and that is to have 10 men behind the ball for 90 minutes.

Drewe Brougton has already said on twitter that they went for a 1-0, which we were 'bang on for', apparently.

And for the reasons that our management team travel away for a one nil win without even being set up to play attacking football I am not going to Swindon.

Sorry if I won’t be there to see lots of running, ‘roaring like lions’ or whatever and 9 defensive players. It’s just that whilst we are playing as we are and treated like idiots with contemptible comments from the management team I would rather be at home.

Macclesfield are having a good season, for them. Their off field issues carried on from last season. Bury overpaid players, they went for promotion or bust but went so far that it became bust regardless. Macclesfield just can't pay players.

We are are having a poor season.

Paul Cox was sacked after 20 points from first 17 games that season (exactly what Dempster managed this season)
Adam Murray was sacked after 19 points from his first 16 games that season. (Dempster has got 20 points after 16 so marginally better)

Don't forget Steve Evans came in after Murray was sacked and he only managed 12th

Only finished 4 points off the playoffs however. If Dempster finishes the season in charge we wont be anywhere near as close.
