If he thinks there doing well, then god help us next week when we travel to league leaders Swindon. There’s only 1 tactic JD will employ for this match, and that is to have 10 men behind the ball for 90 minutes.

Adam Murray was sacked after 19 points from his first 16 games that season. (Dempster has got 20 points after 16 so marginally better)

Don't forget Steve Evans came in after Murray was sacked and he only managed 12th

Murray had a much poorer squad than Dempster has though. JD is a massive failure.

It is, but only in relation to people claiming Flitcroft failed with Evans squad.

In this instance though it was to show that even experienced managers come in after such a start and despite the good form, as you have shown, still managed 12th on bare minimum play off form over a whole season. We need to pretty much get 2 points per game for the rest of the season to get anywhere near the play offs.

Would you agree it was defensive and not one geared to take the home to them.

You said our forward play was good but that doesn't stack up in chances and corners stats

We hung non for the last ten minutes for a draw. How do you feel that would have been received hanging know for a win if we were so ready ahead?

A 400 mile round trip for that debacle yesterday, painful to watch wasn't the word.

Fair play to you and the rest that went. The support on a open terrace given the weather we’ve had and with Christmas on the horizon deserved better.

Did the travelling faithful even get a mention in his post match? I can't recall hearing one...

Unlikely, given both Preston and Benning were head shaking at the fans and Dempster trotted off pretty quickly after seeing the response he was getting.

in the pitchside post match footage, someone is shouting loudly "you're f**king w**k Dempster, now f**k off". Dempster continues to applaud as he walks off.

Whether the Head of Media & Communications is asking the right questions, or not, is the least of our worries. And lets face it, the majority of Managers' live interviews from the Premiership down are naff, full of cliches and nothing more than TV or Radio time-fillers. So for me, it does read like just another whinge when there's far more important issues to address.
