I don't think we can afford another expensive manager this year.
I don't think we would have Maynard and Cook and Shaugnesey if we'd payed for another proven manager.
It's a business and I believe they are right in what they are trying.
You look at the players we have and you'd think you could pick any side and we would win.
I'm sure it's harder to try and get a point than win away.

The board can't change the mistake they've made but will learn from it.
So from a financial and learning season I would say not yet.
how many back room staff got sacked first 9 games to be replaced by more money and more pay offs.
Lee glover stand up and be counted please.

Financially it's a big No.

I see what you are saying. If I changed the question to "would you want Dempster removed as manager, but by doing so the club are financially crippled?" the poll would have another outcome.

None of us know the details of our finances either.

Indeed. My response was in relation to the idea that financially its a no. If I put that sacking Dempster made the club do a Bury then I don't think anyone would want him sacked.

I am sure JD is great with kids football but he doesn't seem able to transfer those skills into the men's game, where points matter more than player development.

If you’re bad at your job, you get sacked.

It’s sad but an everyday fact of life. It happens.

Prime ministers get sacked - and they’re technically the most important person in the land.

Spanish, its very well know that the job of a football manager is usually very short. Its not a long term gig. Even us, who perhaps has a very patient chairman have changed gaffers fairly often.

But it’s a standard fact of life that football managers get sacked.

Moyes has been sacked from 2 other jobs while still receiving his pay from Man Utd, it’s not always a bad thing.

If you're given a job and not up to it any industry, business or walk of life, whatever the original good intentions, then that's the natural order and consequences for failure Spanish
