They look to be close to the precipice. The EFL cannot treat them differently to Bury.

We could do with the Crewe players refusing to perform next Saturday.

Have Bolton had further points reduction for the games they didnt/couldn't play at the start of the season.

I know they have been deducted points for going into Administration but on EFL couple of weeks ago their manager said we've managed to get into a plus total of points but now we wait for the football league to deduct further points for the games that didn't get played in August.

If the above happens to Bolton surely the FA will deduct points off Macclesfield for the same situation.

It's a horrible thought but to think our own survival in league 2 could depend on another team/players not having a pot to P in with all the money the Radfords have thrown at players and management over the last 3 to 4 years all our Management team past n present and players should hang your heads in shame its scandalous by all of them.... no wonder the fans show their feelings when you see what's happening at other clubs n our shower of wasters stroll around stealing a wage......

How are they not being sanctioned for calling off a game ?

Can someone please enlighten me?:-
What is actually the likely timelines for EFL/FA action against Macc?
At what point could they be kicked out of the league? - And if they are would it be 100% certain that there would be no relegation from league 2, or could there be an alternative promotion/relegation arrangement?

Bolton haven't been told their punishment yet for postponing in August yet, to give you some sort of idea.

Yes they have. An independent panel said no points deduction, just a suspended one. Bolton said there were happy with the decision. However EFL were unhappy with it and have appealed.

This is not confirmed. However very likely to be the case I would have thought.

So they don’t know what their punishment is yet, like I said.

Punishment will not happen this season, just like last year.
It causes so many problems.
Imagine if efl said yes Macclesfield are going to be relegated at the end of the season, then why would every team including us try to invest in January on players or management.
I know it's wrong but it is what it is.
I also see that Sol wants 180k and Southend are heading for the same scenario.
Thought he left by mutual consent.
