Completely agree. He’s always so composed on the ball. He needs to be a permanent fixture in that midfield, we’re wasting him when he has to play in defence.

Shaughnessy has been superb. Nice to have a centre mid who can pass and runs a bit. Even before the sending off we were very good today, a breath of fresh air.

Aside from a dodgy five minutes that was an enjoyable half. On the front foot, intensity and some excellent individual moments.

As I said higher up, Shaughnessy he been brilliant. He should be the first name on the team sheet in the middle of the park.

8 hit Bishop late in the build up to the red (according to my mate I didn't see it), ref gave him a 2nd yellow. If that was the case great reffing to get the 2nd yellow out when the dust settled.

If we concentrate & keep it simple we could get a hatfull here today.
