What a sad world we live in where the use of a 'word' [whatever that may be] can result in a court case.

Meanwhile crime escalates and raspberry continue to do exactly as they like.
Maybe they don't offend the 'easily offended' brigade.

The use of that word resulted in a mass brawl on the pitch in front of a large crowd. By shear luck the violence on the pitch didn't spread to the crowd and as far as I am aware there was no fighting between spectators. It has however, caused animosity between the two sets of fans as can be evidenced by comments on the respective message boards.

If you think that's no harm done then fair enough.

I, on the other hand believe that players have a responsibility to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner and when they fall below that standard, they should be punished. It's what keeps fans safe.

Whilst freedom of speech is important, there is also hate speech.

I think you might find that the loss of 20,000 police officers and a significant drop in Police funding might have had more of an impact on crime levels than the easily offended brigade.

'Hate Speech' ??

Nebulous crap. What is it supposed to mean?

Don't be brainwashed by this.

It's an example of totalitarianism, pure and simple.

Don't be told what to say, or do.

Stagsnet deserves better.

Forestieri has been quoted by his own clubs fans as a loose cannon, an attitude than describes your posts well. Think its past your bedtime

It genuinely isn't that hard or actually contentious.

Hate speech is typically directed towards another person or group on the grounds of race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, colour, ethnic origin and religion. Hate speech can be shown in many forms, typically verbal abuse, written speeches, harassment or gestures. The intention of hate speech is to harass and distress the intended target. In many cases the use of hate speech can incite violence from one group towards another.

It is nothing to do with totalitarianism, it is not being told what to say or do.

If I was angry and annoyed against any person on a football pitch, my first reply would be depending on what I see.
You fat....
You bald headed.
You lanky piece of..
You short legged ..
You smelly ..
( I'm enjoying this )
You bozz eyed .
The list never ends.
I've hated more white people in my life than other, I'm sure I'm not allowed to say coloured and I appologise if wrong.

I've deleted more paragraphs after this and will stop now.
Very very debatable but have to be careful what you say.
But I will say you call my team mate a on a pitch a racist comment I'm going to back him all the way

So you can call any player anything you like as long as not skin colour? paedophile, rapist, murderer?

What happens if you are white and you call another player a white basxxxd then is this ok? and if so if you are black you can say black basxxxd and also this okay ?

Some lovely stags fans. Have their captain racially abused and defend the racism.

Just read the drivel on the Owls board. They seem to have conveniently forgotten that it was a separate charge of violent conduct which led to the first ban and fine from the FA.

Flitcroft did the sensible thing by dragging Pearce off and substituting him. I think he would have flattened Forestieri if he had got near him,

Wednesday should have done the same with Forestieri and taken him off.

The other problem was that by the time the match restarted after the foul on Sterling-James the 90 minutes was almost up and the referee did not add on any time so tension was still high after the incident.

Instead of "reading the drivel on the Owls board" you might want to read the proceedings from the first hearing?

It clearly states it was one mans word against another, nobody else heard anything, and KP had his back to FF when he heard or thought he heard the N word. They shook hands in the dressing room afterwards.
also the FA never said FF "was a racist" just they believed he said something "in the heat of the moment" and he has never been in trouble for racially abusing a player previously. he fully admitted calling KP "Cock-Face" though

Also look at the names on the panel and research what they do for a living and judge how "Independent" they are in this case. :o

So are you saying that, because two of the panel members have names of african origin, they cannot be at all independent?

No I said research what they do for a living i.e what they get paid for doing. One is employed by Kick It Out and the other is a barrister specialising in "anti discrimination" cases.

By the way "names of african origin"

Who else would be better to be on the panel? This is surely what the point of 'Kick it Out' is?

So having read the full findings and digested them, it is clear that the panel are sure that the player is guilty as charged. They are also clear that he has never shown remorse or apologised for his actions and clearly doesn't regret the incident

I feel that the occupations of the panel show they have excellent understandings of legal matters and are very competent in the interpretation and application of both the law of the land and the rules of the FA as a body.

On the other hand the player actually disproves his own evidence by insisting that he never switches between languages when he clearly demonstrates this trait when giving his own evidence to the panel.

On balance, I feel that any impartial person, reviewing this case, would come to the same conclusion as the panel providing they could follow the complexity of the FA's rules and their interpretation.

If the player appeals he must be unbalanced.

So 2 people who make money out of the "anti racism" industry are unbiased to sit on a panel judging someone of being racist? Of course they are lol

by the way:

population of UK who are Black = 3%
population of FA panel who are black = 66%

One black mans word against a white mans word and the 66% "anti racist" black activist panel found the white man guilty. What a surprise!

So you are saying the panel only took KP's side because they are the same race as him? Not everyone is as ignorant as you my friend.
