Today at half time I saw Sammy with a boy in a wheelchair (West stand Lower). The boy was in a wheelchair and clearly had some learning disability. Sammy was very patient and spent time with him allowing him to interact with Sammy. This made me so proud of my football club. Of course the pitch performance is paramount but actions like this and the excellent family area make this club special. Thanks Stags and well done Sammy.

the young boy is BYRON SIMMS he has recently gone through some serious treatment but maintains his great spirit and awareness,
he really enjoyed his day at the match and was as disappointed as we all are that we did not win, finally I agree Sammy Stag was great with him and is a great ambassador for the club. , but Byron's disappointment was that Danny Rose did not score, and to him that seemed as if we had lost.

Know what I mean.

Anyways, well played to Sammy. Hope the young lad had a great day and he is as well as he can be.
