Tactics

Why oh why do we have to have 11 men defending a corner at home after only 10 minutes? We just put ourselves under pressure as there is no out. There should be at least one man (or 2) on the half way line in such a situation. Unfortunately the manager is SO negative and will soon lose the fans if he persists with such tactics at home against a team who were struggling up until tonight. It is like watching Adam Murray's team all over again.

It is very disappointing that an ex centre back cannot sort out the defence which was the best in the league last year. He needs another centre back and a creative midfield player at the very least as I am sure we will be losing at least one of the two who are suspended.

We were saying this all last season. If we win the ball there is no outlet for a counter.

Last season we did not have a Plan B but this season we've found a Plan B and Plan B has become Plan A but we've lost the old Plan A to use as Plan B. Marvellous.

We need a plan soon whether A or B...or even C.
If we don't we will have plan minus league status.

Slightly over the top I know but not what we expected from JD who has seen all the faults and concerns over last few seasons and seems to be doing much the same as some of the previous managers.
