Rabbit in the headlights :( feel sorry for him. Should never have been allowed to have been put in this position.

Lack of Leadership?????

Well Leadership starts with the Manager Mr Dempster and I saw nothing in yours tonight that I can trust or that fills me with any hope

Why did JD think we played well in the first half - two dodgy penalties and no real shoots on goal from open play. Instead of being complacent that when he needed to read the riot act at half time.

Players who are unfit are picking up injuries. Change the fitness coach.

After listening to the interview I find it concerning that it doesn't appear JD has any signings on the radar.

The signings of Maynard and Cook, seemed at the time to be impressive, but overall recruitment has been poorer than last season.

We need at the very least a dominant centre half and someone to hold the midfield together. I'm not confident that the management team will source the right players. A starting point would be to see if our so called special relationship still holds with Forest.

It's going to be an interesting ten days before the transfer window ends.

Maynard has scored 2 in 4 and Rose has scored 5 in 4 so the striking options aren’t an issue. Cook is an unfortunate injury but when fit will be a real threat.

The midfield is a huge concern, we are at least 2 players light across the midfield.

It is worrying that we don’t seem to be in the market for anyone.

Just listened to the full interview. We ‘might look at reinforcements if we keep picking up little injuries’.

Surely he knows we lack quality in midfield at the moment and need at least one addition there regardless of little injuries. Reading between the lines it feels like thinks we have enough with Bish, Macca, Tomlinson and Smith but for the knocks they keep picking up which would be concerning.

Dodgy penalties?

They were clear cut, the second was like something from "what happened next" unbelievable by the Orient player.

If you've never seen us play this season and look at that interview alone for face value on whether he's the man for the job. He's not.

Sorry but our defending and goalkeeping are utter garbage. Lee Angol made Logan look like a complete and utter fool. He’s got to be dropped in a similar way he drops the ball himself (every game). It’s not good enough anymore being a decent guy, his job is to save simple shots like that one. I see him make at least one mistake every game and usually a howler every other. He’s under that much pressure now he resembles Karuis mark II. I feel for him but that’s not enough. Please get rid.

White showing why he shouldn't be playing at centre back. Beaten far too easily for the first and second goals.

The second one where he got sold a dummy by Angol was really poor defending.

Why are we jumping to conclusions that make no sense? He was brilliant fitting in at centre back last season, the reason he struggled yesterday was the fact he barely passed the fitness test.

He’s still injured and not match sharp.
