I'll back JD all the way, but this adage of 'anyone can manage a team of this quality to promotion' maybe highlights how much actually goes into management?

Once Olejnik and White are back I suspect our fortunes will increase. You can tell we missed them both in the 2nd half of last season. With a confident Danny Rose firing as well it will be a very good season. Just that defensive lapse we keep having.
