Thought Dempster said no more strikers.

If we get him, Rose will be off or Davies will be offered a contract release.

He doesn't look prolific but has consistently played higher than L2 so clearly offers something up front.

David ball is a really good player, he is a bit different to what we have, more of a link up man. Clever player.

A strike force of Cook, Maynard, Ball & Rose would be excellent at this level, arguably the best in the league and they all offer something different. Add to that CJ can also play there we’d have every base covered, would be a great position to be in at the end of the window.

Don’t know what to make of the Davies situation. He may well be capable but we’ve seen very little of him and he’s now been out for a very long time. Will take him weeks/months to get up to full speed and then I’m not sure you can trust him stay fit. If we could move him on and Ball could come in i’d be all for it personally.
