Getting quite excited about next season now, both on the pitch and just loving that it looks like we'll finally be seeing the end of the eyesore and should have a nice new stand there soon.

Must say I'm really happy with things at the moment.

I was one of those who was very negative about what seemed to be a negative situation and I was right to feel that way with what we were (or were not) seeing.
Since then however things have clearly taken upturn. The two signings with another on the way, the truth of Carolyn's social media engagement that always created a good and excited buzz about the club and the fans, Radford's interview that's just been released; that's what fans like myself wanted to see and hear to put to bed our fears of what looked at one stage to be relatively quite glum. Great work from everyone involved.

It reads like the best case scenario is we go up this year and do both. The decision is very much driven by returns, a hotel adds an income but a new stand needs to add new fans to pay back. Therefore if you’re not hitting capacity then the hotel is the better option providing it’s successful.

Having many business parks in the area, I'm sure it will be.

A lot of my work go to Junction 27 or 28 to stay (they don't like Travelodge). that's potentially 8 - 10 rooms 2 or 3 days a week just from my company alone if they do some corporate deal as most hotels do.
