It's easy to say 'change it' without really considering the cost and rebuild time required. I think sometimes we seem happy to pull the trigger almost as soon as a manager reaches what we consider 'full potential' but hasn't delivered us the end result we're after

I'm just being realistic mate. The managerial world is not really fair, so any manager going into a job thinking they're going to get two years before they're judged is not living in the current world.
