I had to check the date on my pc as I was responding to this. I thought it might be April Fools Day but no.
It is May 7th 2019 exactly 8 years to the day since we last went to Wembley.
I can't remember the feeling of being ripped off last time so high inflation must have passed me by.
If we get by Newport then at these prices we are looking at less than 10k Stags fans attending (their rip off pricing is a disgrace)

Forgot to add the £3 per ticket booking fee and £1 print at home fee if you buy from the websites rather than the clubs. It’s scandalous imo. Football has gone daft. Players literally not bothered earning hundreds of thousands and the fans have to put up with this. Wembley can do one!!!

I won 2 tickets through Sky to attend the League Cup final, the tickets were bang on the halfway line about 20 rows up, I opted to go in the Man City end, caught a glimpse of a City fans ticket in this section, £100.00!!

Speaking of the final, I received an email at work today from a sponsorship company as Newport are looking for sponsors for the playoff final, must be confident

Wembley is the tradition though. Its where the national side play official games. Hardly inspiring is it when the reward is to play at stadium MK.

Rubbish, it's a league game, I'd rather play it at a full neutral smaller stadium with a banging atmosphere rather than 10 to 20k rattling around Wembley

Hence in my suggestion it should be agreed by both clubs to be somewhere else. If one disagrees and wants the day at Wembley then it gets played in London.
Most clubs have played at the new Wembley now and it's not that long ago we went there. It's too big for clubs like Mansfield and nothing special IMO.

The line of sight at the millennium as it was known as is the worst stadium in the world. Old Trafford though?

If we get to Wembley . Tickets are a rip off, travel by train a rip off, hotels a rip off, food and drink inside stadium a rip off. Programmes a rip off. Buses from ssa and a ticket is the lowest price you.ll pay but still no change out of 100 quid per person. It’s been an expensive season for us fans. I wonder if the players realise that?

football in general is a pretty expensive these days no matter who! I agree about the rip off of Wembley, plus I hate London

It was special to me on 24th May 1987. I would pay a small fortune to wake up on that morning and replay that day in its entirety.
There was nowhere else I would want to play that game v Bristol City in front of 58,000 fans. MAGICAL.

The price is a disgrace, but Wembley is special no doubt. I would find it a bit patronising playing our playoff final at a random clubs ground.

Wembley is a soulless hole. Miles away from anywhere and a ballache to get to on the tube. The only thing around it is a McArthur Glen type outlet store and a maccies.

Should be at Villa Park or Hillsborough.
Wembley should be for Cup Finals and International games only.
There are much better grounds than these two, this is like a throw back to the 70's.
I have to say MK Dons is a quality stadium, I've always enjoyed my trips to Huddersfield, Bolton could do with the cash.

No doubt in my mind we can do it in the play-offs, I have a gut feeling we will show the world what we are really about.
