What was wrong with these guys yesterday?

Don't get me wrong we have some great stewards (including the one i wet whilst she was drinking) but the supervisors are out looking for trouble.
The way they were staring at people is totally unwarranted.

Stop staring at them and get on with enjoying game?

If you are sufficiently entertained you won't be bothered about the stewards

From what I can gather they chucked a few lads out for vaping during the game, having warned them about it previously. Not a major offence but rules are rules, blame the idiots who didn’t take any notice of the warning.

Actually there was a steward in the QLE clapping and trying to get fans singing which I thought was brilliant. Cut them some slack. It’s the idiotic few we need to remove.

Stewards near the B block have been great all season, always pleasant when you walk in to the ground and helpful to those looking for where they are sat.

Stop dripping. I didn’t even notice them apart from saying hello to them on the way in and thank you on the way out

Maybe you’re the issue ? Just a thought.

Not had an issue with the stewards in the QLE. There is a female steward with short hair who usually works in the QLE and she is lovely and approachable.

If the way a couple of stewards looked at someone is as bad as it gets then we're doing a great job.

Now the thing about the stewards is this ,
Next Saturday will be (hopefuly) our last home game and the loons will want to invade t'pitch. Can see it going tits up if common sense is lacking on either side .

The club need to be prepared for differnet outcomes. People will go on the pitch regardless but if we're somehow promoted they need to plan to come back out and for the fact most people will go on to celebrate.

Agree, but the common sense aspect is there.
Will the stewards take it to it's literal extent and start rugby tackling everyone ?
Will the loons run at the Stevenage fans in an attempt to goad them ?

But then again we may have the magic tape deployed ;)

Do you think Stevenage will bring any fans , they only took 99 to Port Vale on Friday

With a large crowd expected, will there be any chance they open a part of the North stand to home fans? Would be a shame if we had fans locked out and 1600 empty seats unused.

If they beat Exeter Monday, they'll be in with a good shout of making the playoffs, so they may travel in numbers. So about 200.

They didn't do it for the Wrexham game and that was a lot bigger so why now ?

Is there a way to get them into the west lower. It’s been done a few times this season but only through the north stand.

This is where we should at least refurbish the bishop street to 500-600 seats and have as overspill for Away fans or just putting away fans in.

The likes of cov City, Lincoln, Barnsley, Bolton, Rotherham, Sunderland, Ipswich could all demand 2500 tickets and sell them out no problem. If we go up that is !

Will there be need for the usual line of stewards brandishing a length of heavy duty garden twine now the pitch has been surrounded by proper barriers?
