It was a weak tackle by Ryan Sweeney and arguably Matt Preston or Krystian Pearce should also have got a block in.

Jordan Smith's kicking was also very poor again today. Conrad Logan is a much better kicker.

Smith and Logan are both average league 2 keepers.

We miss bobby as much as we miss White.

Strange how Pearce slipped and cost us a goal yesterday but his one mistake isn't mentioned. Logan's mistake cost us against Lincoln and he's torn apart.

Not saying Pearce should get any stick when he's probably only behind Bishop for player of the season but just highlighting that there are favourites and scapegoats.

Great save by Conrad at the end that helped us win the match. The last two wins have improved his season stats.

Can’t argue with that

I’ve not been Conrad’s biggest fan but he’s still a decent keeper at this level, and makes crucial saves at important times in games. Those stats look favourable for him too.

Conrad is a good keeper.... Hes a massive shot stopper which is what you need at this level.... a league two striker in on goal will not fancy their changes against someone like Conrad.

I think Bobby is better, but I also think Logan has been better than Smith since Bobby was injured.

I think Logan was very unlucky to be bombed out twice in a season, especially 2nd time round.

Just a few tweaks to his game and he's more than good enough. These are, coming off his line for crosses, which he's doing more of, and distribution.

Smith is good too though, but I felt also had a howler in him.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

It is just we seem to lose games when Smith plays whereas we don’t when Logan does

Conrad Logan's overall stats for the Stags are:

P57 W23 D23 L11

4 of the 11 defeats were under DF at the end of last season.

Maybe the defence are too relaxed when Smith plays. ;)

There was an instance yesterday where CP held on the the ball way too long, because he seemed unwilling to make a simple backpass to Conrad.

CP at fault in my view, but it was a concern.

It takes much longer for a keep to improve than, say, a winger.

A winger might try to improve their game by taking on more players. The worst that could happen? They lose the ball

For a keeper who isn’t comfortable to come off his line, you can’t just keep trying until you get it right because you’ll leak goals. It takes the close season over the summer to make those tweaks.

Logan must keep his place. Smith kicking is suspect

Both the same on crosses

Believe Logan better shot stopper

7 league defeats - 5 Smith, 1 Logan, 1 Ojinek

I think Smithy is a jinx that’s why he left out of the squad due to his unlucky appearance!

You don’t need to get it - none of us see what happpens in training.

I do know the best keeper in the club is injured

Don’t you think we should be focusing on being second in the league and winning today. Rest is down to DF to make decisions.
