Thought he was listing how long until our next shot on target if we were still playing.

Probably can’t believe the over reaction of some fans to a defeat. Agreed the performance was not good but nothing changes we are still having a great season and our aims of promotion are still the same.

24 hrs is a long time in football... this time tomorrow we will start preparing for the next game not looking back at the last, which is true if we had won, drawn or indeed lost yesterday

100% he is saying it won’t look so bad tomorrow, however to me John it does, gutless, spineless
performance no Grit no effort no fight!
it was a bloody local derby, the manager apparently drilled it into them all week what it meant

i’m sorry it’s going to take a lot more than 24hrs for me to forgive that shower
Our time will come

I understand your disappointment, but what will your unforgiving stance achieve?

They didn’t go out to deliberately play awful in order to lose a game that was so important to the many fans who attended.

I’m sure they all feel terrible this morning.

I’m over it now. We were raspberries, and yes raspberries happens, let’s move on and win some more footy games. Get behind the lads and be the 12th man again.

Forest Green game is now huge.

Win everything will look rosey again.

Draw we'll be looking over our shoulder and will get drawn into the play-off picture.

Lose (with a similar performance to Newport and Notts - granted they are both physical teams) and we have officially imploded. It's the lack of fight and lack of shots / shots on target that concern me without them we aren't going to score goals.

A strong committed performance at home is exactly what we need next week.

P.s and a decent ref.

If the team selected for the FGR match put in a PROPER shift, we will win. If they don’t, we won’t. Simples.

Unfortunately it isn’t that simple. A lot of other factors can affect the result.

What a would say is if they don’t put in a PROPER chances are we won’t win.

Ok let's all implode now, fans are upset the team didn't show up. Nows the time we pull together to get us into league 1 not cry over a couple of poor performances. We've lost 2 in a row now for the first time this season. we are still in the automatic promotion places, they are still ours to lose.

We go up then nobody will give a damn about who we lost to on the way, nobody will give a damn about who we didn't turn up against. All people will give a damn about is that Mansfield would be a league 1 club for the first time in 17 years. That's our target. The last thing we need is fans getting cold feet and abandoning the cause because in a couple of games we were out of sorts. You were happy enough to be on the wagon after the first 30 games, pulling in the right direction. We hit a couple of bumps in the road and people want to get off scared.

I can't imagine we'd be promoted and those fans would still be stood there "but we didn't get a shot on target vs county"

The worst thing is that county got three points towards safety.

I still think they will go down because they don't look capable of scoring enough but the closer they get the more confident they will become.
