Looking at that bottom 6 then five of those have been to or are still non League, it'd be a shame to make Clownty the odd ones out, so let's help them on their way eh!

First goal be key in this one. If they get it I think it'll be a difficult afternoon for us, if we get it I'm not sure their new XI knows enough about each other to turn it around.

Weather Saturday

Unlike last season, it looks like it’s going to be a mild spring like day. So no excuses where the football is concerned.
Looking forward to a cracking atmosphere. Before, during and after the match

Quite, and the reason if the Bish gets redeveloped that it should house the away following. The incantations of both grounds on a North/South axis are exactly the same and on a sunny day during late Autumn, Winter and early Spring the sun is a real problem to a decent view without having your retinas burnt out.

Im usually optimistic pre match but before playing Notts and Spireites I always fear the worst.

Just think if we find our flow early doors we should be blessed to win this.

However, they are a new team after January and they are on the back of 2 good results.

Hoping for a Mansfield victory of any sort. In this game the performance don't matter it's about us winning.

This will be a lot tighter than if played four weeks ago. An early goal from us to settle the nerves and deflate County is required.

I will keep the faith with the two nil win, Walker and Grant. The goals scorers picked mainly to give the Country Fans something to bleat about for many a year after.

Let's make some noise. Enough of us there to make it sound like a home game for us, let's make it as hostile as possible for County.

Will we see any injured and suspended players in the away end? Rosey, Macca, White, Davies, Sweeney, etc...

If we are serious about chasing the title we need to win tomorrow, I'm not saying it's dead and buried if we don't but this is exactly the sort of game a team that will go close to or win the title will find a way.

I think keeping their midfield quiet will be the key to this game. From what I gather, O'Brien provides much of their battling and reason behind their upturn.

Make sure he doesn't see much of the game and I think we'll be fine

A county mate of mine is so confident he has just bet me £100 that county will win, insisting he will even pay out if its a draw! I'm not sure if its confidence or if he's just broken.

He's clearly not thinking straight. He could get around 3 to 1 at most bookies. Why offer a bet at even money?

Exactly, i can back my bet up at the bookies therefore i stand to make £75 or break even hahaha. He says it aint about the money its about wiping my smug smile off my face. Think he's a little annoyed at us prospering and them faltering!

Tomorrow isn't about that like it was when we played chesterfield Tippy, lad. Tomorrow is a game we can win, but we must win for us, not for their misfortune.
