What's the extra income (if any) for it?

Yeah! A real win win for someone who will have to work. So not get to the biggest game of the season live OR be able to watch it on telly, so that nobody in the rest of the country can turn over to watch Corrie.

When was the last time we had a live football league game on Sky?
We got covered a few times around the turn of the millennium.
Remember both home and away v Rotherham.
First match : 04.01.1975 home v Cambridge Utd F.A.Cup 3rd Round 1-0 Clarke

Great news for the club to get this sort of exposure. It comes with success.

Agree, think Sky has learnt from the success of the Bury v Lincoln game.

Armchair fans who pay £60 plus a month to watch the posh league will be so pleased. Average joe who struggles to pay for his games at stags gets another kick in the teeth . So now he goes to work on a Monday night and tries to get a radio flash ...err if he’s lucky.. well at least he’s saved a few quid by not going and might be able to afford sky... eventually falling into the trap of not bothering going.
