We surely can’t let Grim Town be the team to bring our fabulous unbeaten away run to an end?

Good luck Paul, you'll either be a hero or take a bashing for ousting the 'fred' come 3pm on NYD. Codheads are on a roll atm and I think it's gonna be tough at the seaside. But the mark of a good team is to get something from a team in form.

Grimsby picked up injuries, suspensions, played a chunk of the Exeter game with 10 men and have prestige cup tie coming up at the weekend.

Hopefully they will be saving their legs for Crystal Palace.
Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.

Methinks they'll know they've more chance of getting a result against us than against t'Eagles and will be more focussed on the game on NYD. The FA Cup doesn't matter anymore does it, it's just a bit of fun.

I agree . They are only 6 points off the play off places . They would love to end our unbeaten run . It will be a tough day out . On the plus side , they will attack and it will enable us to play our game .
We have kept the same side for a few games now so it will catch up on us but it goes for both teams .

It’ll be challenging as it always is at Grimsby.

They’ll be well up for ending the run, and we never win there.

As sneag points out though, Grimsby do have problems and distractions, so hopefully we can pick up again after the slight disappointment of Swindon.

If we can get 4/6 points from Grimsby and Carlisle I’ll start to believe we can do this.

It would be brilliant if we could get revenge for that 7-2 defeat in 2011
So I'm going for 7-0 to the mighty Stags ;)

CJ first then I fancy Rose coming on as sub and scoring the winner.
Well I hope so, it's a long way to Grimsby for us :)
2-1 Stags.

Hopefully Grimsby will be distracted by the weekends fixtures. Regardless with the run we’re on I’d expect us to have a good go, I think the Fred could jinx the clean sheet so hopefully edge it 2-1!

It's grim, hopefully this time the early kick off will stop the boneheads trying to fight each other, doubt it though.

Should be a win. Grimsby have no recognised centre halves available I am told, three injured and one suspended.

Grimsby top of league 2 form guide on last six games. Stags 2nd and Carlisle 3rd.
4 points from next two games, both away from home against two form sides will just see the festive period off nicely. :D

This one is always more difficult than its expected to be. Cautious about it. Think it'll be a draw.

For me grimsby are one of the worst teams I’ve seen at the one call this season I thought they would be in the bottom 4 or 5.

I can see a 3 or 4 0 win with lord Rose scoreing the winner and getting back into form.

Grimsby are on a good run at the moment and are the form team in the division, however they seem to have a bit of an injury/suspension crisis at centre back. Apparently they won't have any recognised centre backs playing.

We're not doing too badly form wise :D

Let's break this Blundell Park voodoo...

If the defence sort their horror show out from Swindon we should be fine. I reckon stags to win 4-2.

Grimsby concede the most shots in the box of any team in League 2 - just over 10 per game on average, we have the second highest shots in the box (behind MK Dons), also with just over 10. It's likely that we'll get lots of chances.
