We were in the Sandy Pate as they were broadcasting this.

Nice to see Adam and Mark Stallard. They were all crammed into a booth and barely noticeable they were there. I was surprised they could do a live broadcast without picking all the background up.

They seemed to enjoy the Christmas pizzas anyway.

Just listened to this on the train up. That conversational style is far better and more enjoyable than the phone in they used to have.

Adam Murray comes across much less bitter about his dismissal and after reflection I think he now looks back fondly and proudly. A good listen.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Ad as much as admitted he got his tactics wrong during his tenure in setting up 'not to lose' instead of setting out to win. Cost him his job in the end.

Nice to see Murray acknowledge that.

Also re budget, Evans and Flitcroft clearly have a much bigger budget than what he had but he still had a competitive budget considering who we brought including paying a fee for Rose.
