There's more Man U fans in Mansfield than Forest

The Sky Sports generation is more of a problem these days if you're talking about attendances.

Theres more Man Utd fans than the entire population of this country, so what?

When Forest had those seasons in the play-offs, losing to blackpool etc and were generally doing pretty well they were everywhere around the district.

It's actually died down since, but still - Mansfield are in competition with Forest for young fans.

I don't disagree there is competition for fans from Forest but they aren't the only club or problem is my point.
At least some of them come and watch the Stags. Unlike that lot that will sit in the Byron all day watching Chelsea/Man U/Liverpool etc.

Nobody was suggesting Forest were the only club in the first place.

I appreciate anybody that is willing to go and watch some live lower league football, bar our little non-league neighbours in derbyshire.

Grant is a ten or a left winger who cuts in. You could say he’s similar to Khan but with a better eye for goal and a lot taller. He’s much better than MacDonald technically and I wouldn’t say they are similar. He’s a difference maker and the more of them you have to call on the better.

The player Chimney is on about is not a striker or an attacking midfielder, more of a box to box player. Similar to Elsnik bit an upgrade with much more experience. Not really a goalscorer.

The player who Chimney is keeping quiet about is in the team / bench for their current team today but that doesn't mean we won't be speaking to him later .

Just seen Jorge Grant at the ground, 100% certain he is here.

Doesn’t mean a deal is done, don’t hold me to that, but definitely here.

I'd love to have Mo Eisa here, but where would he play in the current line up, I can see us signing him if we were to lose Walker or CJ, if not, I cant see it, mainly because I dont believe he'd drop to league 2, unless he was playing every week. Jorge Grant I can believe, because it hasn't worked at Luton and Forest want to keep him in good form.
And if anyone wants to PM me players we may be signing, I'm up for it :D

Hope we pick up second half. Poor performance, poor atmosphere, hardly enticing. 3 points is imperative today.

We need 3 more outfield signings to push us over the line. A stiker is a must.
