Davies doesn't need his confidence undermining by being told that he isn't good enough and needs to be dropped. Same with Rose. Give them some loyalty and they'll repay it sooner or later.

He meant you sound like a birk with your comment Davis again was poor again today hense the sarcastic noise when we at least controlled the ball in the 2nd half Graham needs more than 10 minutes to show he should be at least starting games ahead of Davis....

Again in English nice & slow this time please

I thought Davies did ok and Walker. Rose should have done better too. The CB’s were on top for a lot of the game.

Forget injuries and fitness, just ain’t good enough for us going forward. Start Jordan, look more impressive and shows more.

A fit player looking better than an injured one, now there's an eye opener ;)

Imo Davies needs fitness & game time - he's scored at a higher level, so L2 should be fine if given time and not dropped like Kee or Gregory.

I'll going for '6 months' on the 'fans saying we should have kept them' Davies sweepstake :P

Agree with Mutiny on Davies, he’s coming back from injury. Maybe a bit too soon. I also think we’re doing a good job of protecting Graham, if we start him and he’s inconsistent (as most youngsters are) he’ll get slated and it will damage him if he’s not able to take it whereas Davies can cope with being called out as he’s been there and done it and I’m sure willl come good. If he doesn’t but Graham grows into the player we all hope then he’s also done a good job for the club.

Davies got some rough treatment yesterday but still made some decent runs and is a handful. He just needs to be fully fit. That said Pope is even more of a handful and our 3 CB’s were brilliant against him.

I think since his time at Chesterfield 2010-2011 when he had a great season ,he has averaged about 1 goal in 4 appearances .

I’ve not saw much from Davies, I know there’s a good player there though.

As for graham, if he keeps his head up, trains hard and behaves he’s got great things going forhim, at Mansfield and beyond. It’s a nice fuzzy feeling when you see graham and the lads in that cup thing on Tuesday, the training academy and schemes are baring fruit, it’s a good thing for all

Walker scores from a yard and Davies has an assist... fine margins
