Quite correct. Hoddle been forgotten in all this. Hope he makes a speedy and full recovery abs well played to the BT cameraman who did CPR until medics stabilised him. Saved his life and showed the importance of first aid training.

On reflection I was wrong and insensitive to suggest that this should be on the main news site, apologies all round

The same goes to the poor Brighton fan who lost his life shortly before their match. Brighton staff tried to safe his life but unfortunately was in vane. Thoughts and prayers to all those involved in all of these tradegies. Here’s hoping a speedy recovery for mr hoddle

Just got back from the memorial that’s been set up at the stadium.

A Stags fan has already been and placed a Mansfield town scarf down.

Anyone know what happens to all the scarves, shirts, flags and stuff that get left at times like this?
Do they give them away, sell them off for charity, or do they just end up getting binned at some point?

I would imagine a bit of everything really, a lot of the stuff is the same so I’d imagine a collection is kept and some sold/gifted/scrapped.

It was a fantastic sight, I’ve got a close connection to Leicester City as my dad grew up there and has followed them since he was young.

If anybody is in and around Leicester i’d recommend going down.

Somebody had a few beers last night and posted a not so nice comment in here late on. Glad it got deleted. They should be ashamed, you know who you are.

No one likes a grass Edders & we've all done things in drink that we regret sober.

The post was inappropriate (in the extreme) but so would turning this thread into a witch hunt of someone who said something stupid.

I have had a few drinks many a time. Never felt the need to post offensive stuff on here. Not an excuse is it?
