Their LB had him in his pocket but for me CJ is better on the left with Benning. Khan was the worst by a mile today. Two decent sides cancelled each other out so all in all a good point!!!

Benning and Sweeney now suspended with the yellows accumulated?

Khan was poor but when the option to replace him is Butcher, keep him on the pitch. He still created more than Butcher did.

Agree, Butcher made no impact at all. With the change being made I was slightly surprised Butcher got the nod over Elsnik. Mellis could have moved further forward if so as well

Hahaha Donut!

The clue is in the word 'away'

I thought they lost at Sincil Bank, in which case they must've been behind... because they lost

Hamilton at RWB struggled today. Considering a fair few of the MK players were league 1 last season he did ok. Some say we need a striker in January. While I agree out no 1 target must be a RWB. If we could get a player like Luke O'Neil we would be well away.

Our problem this season is we are trying to shoehorn CJ into the side. The only way we could do it would be to have him and Khan behind a lone striker. With cj to the left and Khan to the right.

The problem with that is on days where it doesn't work people will moan we went 1 up top.

Bishop and CJ had awful games, they have generally been our better performers though so you have to let them off.

I agree CJ was poor especially his crossing, but Bishop awful ! No.

The things that made CJ stand out bad today was not where he was in the formation. It was the fact every time someone passed to him his feet missed the ball.

I think Bishop and Mellis were great today.

On a more downbeat note, bit depressing seeing our fans fighting amongst themselves in B block today after ridiculing Clownty for the same...

More handbags than fighting from what I saw. In fact, it was arguing, it didn't even get physical.

It did, I was sat next to them haha. It started at the end of the first half, then started up again. Either way, ridiculous.

Gutted about that because I left at bang on FT, it was very entertaining

Who is injured and we clearly have no ideal backup option. If we can get a young lad in on loan until the end of the season we would do well.

thought bishop was on the ball for too long at points today and lost it in daft positions, definitely not the bishop we usually see . but he has been ace nearly every other game so we'll let him off ;)

Thought we were alright today. Tisdale came knowing that he’d be able to get a draw and he got it.

MK are a good side, and should have taken the lead at the end of the first half. They’re a side which will be knocking around the top 3 as opposed to the top half finish where we’re likely to finish. Like Exeter at home we showed nothing to show we’d win the game, but at the same token we’re solid and deserved the point.

The draw on its on in context today was a good point, we’ll come across far worse sides at home, but we’ve got stop being so conservative as our current trajectory aims towards midtable, and given the spectacular failure of flitcroft last season when appointed id hope for better - it’s time to start producing - he’s got Crewe away Cheltenham away and Grimsby at home, 6/7 points is expected, no superdraws, prove to us you are actually good at your job.

I don’t get what the point of walker playing is mind? I’ll have a go on Tuesday, he’s bloody useless, Bishop, CJ to name others had poor games.

The problem being is we’re having too many players have too many bad games in a row with bad management decisions.

Thought Bishop was carrying an injury again second half and should have been subbed. Just the same as at Cambridge when his non substitution cost us a point.

We had 21 attempts at goal today, 5 on target, MK had 14 attempts with 8 on target. We had twice as many corners. Walker needs to at least hit the target, if the keeper saves it fine, but we are not going to score if its not on target. Been a familiar story all season, if not for 2 or 3 seasons. If we could score 2 or 3 goals from 21 attempts then the defence is sound and we will be up there at the end. If we carry on scoring once from 21 attempts we won't be. We know where the problem lies, it's up to DF AND the players to make it happen.
Steady point today, not downhearted at all. Winnable games coming up.COYSSSS

I just don’t get the negativity on this board . It doesn’t matter where we are in the league in October.

We have a fantastic Chairman and CEO

We have a thoroughly decent man who is clearly proud to manage this club

We are playing the best football we have in years

We are well organised and v difficult to beat

We have one of the best defensive records in the league

We have been beaten once this season

We have a manager who will give youth some priority

Do the right things and you will get the right rewards in the end

Come on boys and girls - we will get promoted. Enjoy the ride

Regardless of the odd poor showing. I thought we were good today.

The point was deserved for both sides. Preston and Mellis stood out for me.

Their 32 looked good. Rhys Healy.

Just the ‘winning matches consistently’ bit to do now and we’ll be well on our way.

We were okay today against a good side who will probably go up. Again defensively I thought we were excellent, but now we’ve got to be looking at 7 points from Crewe, Cheltenham and Grimsby to get us up the table and turn today’s decent point in to a good one. If our forward line start firing this coming week there’s no reason we can’t do that but we need to start racking up back to back wins.
