Presumably it is the difference between a football league game and an FA Cup game. Both games are on TV so that won't be the difference.

It is the fact that ours will be shown in foreign countries.

I thought you said yourself above that it was down to what the FA had said. The Sheffield game was not an FA game. Had it been a league game on TV we could have done it. It's because it's an FA Cup game on TV.
