Should we beat Charlton, we need to play Chorley at home.

If only to hear if ‘Chorley FM’s’ match commentary is better than that of Mansfield 103.2??

John was especially upset, for as an ex soldier himself, if the game had been on the Saturday he would have been able to lay a wreath for the first time. Business commitments have prevented him from doing so in previous years, and now the FA have.

The FA have said we can play the last post and have a minutes silence but we cannot lay wreaths. Again they were both upset.

Every seat at The Mill on Sunday will have a poppy on it.

We're so lucky to have them in charge.

As I've said before, Lest We Forget, looks like the FA have.

Thanks for that update. That’s great to know.

Nice touch with the poppies on seats. Why no wreaths allowed though ? How odd.

PS I didn’t know JR had served.

Probably because he doesn't carp on about it every week ;)

JR Senior was also in the army and was very proud of it .

Johns dad serverd in my old Regiment (17/21 Lancers) a bit before my time but some of the older veteran's rememver him fondly.

In all honesty I believe that this fixture will be Charlton Vs Doncaster but if we beat Lincoln a few days before hand, that's fine by me.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Cheers. As I told you that time, my cousin was the RSM of the QRL and is now an LE Officer.

It’s “Coming in your ears” is superior to “Gertie here”

That Gertie advert was singularly the worst advertisement in advertising history :D

When that excuse for an advert came on I immediately switched off.
