There’s a National League meeting on Thursday to determine what they do. They’ve said they won’t start the season without fans but they’ve got no choice really. The season has been delayed too long as it is. At this rate it’ll be going on to July!

Brilliant news, the revolution has begun. National League North clubs demanding an equal vote for being a member of the National League.

Now if only this spirit of a ‘new football’ could spread to the EFL and Premier League then we might have a joined up, well run, financially well disciplined pyramid system.

Not on last night's performance.
Maybe if we took the periods in games where we have played well, and were able to replicate them for longer periods in games, then we should have too much for a National League side. But I wouldn't be confident we could do that right now.

Comfortable win for County. Jimmy and Richie did not get on the pitch. County's owners have clearly been playing moneyball as County brought on a Belgian and a Portuguese sub with good stats from the Bulgarian league and Dutch 2nd division.

Jake Reeves looks a good signing for them in midfield.

County, whom have stuck with the same manager through relegation and a season in the non-league abyss have more points so far this season than the serial manager changing teams of us and Forest.
