Be interesting to know wether that comment means no takeover completed or no takeover at all by next Wednesday.

Either way not looking good .

Really, 6 million for a kit borrowed 300 years ago?

Struggling to understand that desperate plea.
A few scenarios:
1. They will be liquidated (no kit necessary)
2. A takeover will take place (surely this would involve paying for the kit)
3. They will be put in administration ( would have thought the kit would be paid for?)

Why can't they just carry on using last season's kit? We use each kit for 2 years at a time.

They can't afford a pair of scissors to cut off the football league badge.

why would anyone want to buy county, for a quid may be but even then owing 7 mil to paragons liquidators and numerous other unpaid bills, and what do you get for your money (£1)a ground but no land and an overpaid relegated team.

Big difference between using the same kit design and using the same actual kit.
As already pointed out, all the shirts will have the football league badges on them rather than the bananarama conference badging.
Also, the shirts will be printed with names and numbers which are no longer relevant.
If they aren't paying the bills they aren't getting any shirts for this season, irrespective of whether it is the same kit as last year or not.

The amount of times Hardy has said they be sold, difficult to believe a word that comes out of his mouth. If I was county fan wouldn’t believe until I see it lol.

Yes, they're in a pickle.

My father in law who plays at the golf club hardy owns said he heard that hardy had cleared his desk, literally, and taken the PCs and printers!

Bit odd if there's not a sale going through. Or he's just had enough.

Or he's asset stripping before the liquidators come in. Marble doesn't want to face the staff when his lies blow up.

Confirmed by big Al, a parting shot before going on holiday.

But no comments from the 'new owners'!! Call me sceptical but wouldn't 'new owners' want to comment on their acquisition and maybe their plans for the future. Could this yet another red herring from big Al.

The new owners have spoken. They seem decent enough but probably lack financial clout on their own. They must be getting more help from Dad and others.

Hence them being part of a consortium. Brentford are very similar and having a “moneyball” style of approach.

They’ll not spend big (I presume) but will be able to tap into cash when needed for this things stadium repairs and so on, along with buying a few players.

The business model will be selling players for more then they buy them for

I stand corrected. Well written article, Boris would've been pleased with it, with little detail just aspirations for the oldest professional football club.

I hope the FA and National League will be checking that they are not predicting the outcomes of National League games involving County

I wonder how these FA rules affect them

http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-gov ... ting-rules

They appear to be very strict on anybody employed by a football club down to step 4 of non league.
