It's interesting that Lincoln are taking 4,000 to Notts also, but that KO's at 3.

Are Clownty tickets on sale yet? Can we fill the JS stand?

I hope their children don't read that rubbish.
He owns Mansfield town fgs not Barcelona.
She could of stopped at one child and took half his money.
I was doubtful at first but just see two people trying to improve the whole town not just the club
If I was married to him and he said he's going to invest millions in MTFC I would of left him
On the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. I'm absolutely sure I would of won in court.
To me she is an unsung hero of this club.
MTFC keeps them stronger together and that is great for the club.

I don't think you become as successful as JR without protecting your fortune.
We have no idea if a prenup was signed, but I very much doubt she would have walked away with half for having one nipper. ;) .

I don’t think any County fans can take the moral high ground over John and Carolyn’s relationship without first taking a look at their own chairman.

Hardy has had one failed relationship with a woman called Wendolene who owned a wool shop and a mechanical dog called Preston. That ended because she didn’t like cheese.

Where is Victor Quartermain when you need him????

They are in a bit of a pickle at the moment so should concentrate fully on their own affairs.
They have 21 points from 28 games.
They have 18 games left so realistically they need to win more than they lose to stay up.
P18 W6 D6 L6 will be a big improvement in form but will only get them to 45 points.
They probably need at least 46 points to survive.
There are no gimmies in this league as we have found out recently, Teams like Crawley and Yeovil who are bottom half are a tough nut to crack.

It is getting difficult not to gloat, I have two very good friends from different allegiances, one a Spirerite another a Magpie - notably they aren't in touch very often at the moment,
I tried hard not to gloat but ….

I think they're bitter as they've a long run of bad owners.

From the farce with Munto to Ray Trew to Hardy.

If Notts were an animal you'd have shot it now and put it out of it's misery

If they lose at Yeovil on Saturday I can’t see any way back for them.

Lose to Yeovil(which won’t be easy)and they’ve got a horrendous run of fixtures in Feb. Imps, Veggies, us, Newport and Tranmere

Football just amazes me sometimes. At the start of the season County were crowing about their front line. Now some of their fans are saying they need new strikers

Hardy, ironically, is probably perfect for them - a local guy with a lot of money, he's exactly the same as JR is to us. The difference is that Hardy is an impulsive, attention seeking megalomaniac who is has 'owning a football club' on a bucket list and has it as a plaything and presumed he'd be successful at it, whereas JR is just happy to consider, take his time, get involved when he needs to, invest in the right way and the right people, and progressively and sustainably bring a club up, whilst taking a back seat. There's no reason that Hardy couldn't do that, he just chooses to be front and centre of everything. He's definitely considered managing the club.

Hardy is missing a Carolyn figure.
We underestimate at times I feel the massive impact she has on John and our clubs upturn in fortunes.
