played well against us last season at home I believe, but he hasn't played higher than league two

isn't it a bit strange they're signing all these 'technical' players despite playing hoofball all season to stead, or will nolan try and change things ?

Mike boldwyn used to own the knicker factory.
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Another good signing to be fair, though not the game changer I was expecting. 10 goals and 10 assists last season. They have serious firepower but Nolan will need to change his style to get the most out of it.

They’ve not got a decent keeper yet though and they still have Duffy at centre half.

Apparently they paid 200k for him, but I read that on Facebook so it's probably not true at all. Same bloke also said hemmings cost 100k and Dennis was 150k

Sir Topham Hat has 750k bid for Marquis turned down.

He is just trying to sign all the players he wanted to sign for us but we couldn't afford.

It's definitely something like that - although it throws my theory about his scouting criteria being any player that plays for a club within about a mile circumference of where he lives, or players that have played against him in the last year.

Is there some sort of award for the club with the most tinpot way of going about things that County are busting a gut to win?

Best get your money out then ;)

I would've liked to have thought we were in for him but hey ho.
They not gonna be far off are they.

I agree . No matter what opinions some have on here about their signings , there is no doubt that they have brought in better players than they had last year and I would be happy with the signings they have made .

I remember us signing 'good' players last year, and look how our season turned out

Even if it wasn't fake wouldn't put it past Alan Hardy trying to sniff around our players - he tries to take an opportunity to have a dig at us.

They are already adding more yellow to their new home kit, which will slowly turn amber no doubt. In all fairness surprised he hasn't renamed clounty to Mansfield County by now
