Stevenage Scorethread sponsored by JR’s Chopper pilot

Postby EdwinstoweStag » Sun Apr 08, 2018 9:58 am

We will start by playing the second half first. Miller and Rose, one each and a Hemmings penalty in the dying minutes. Stevenage 0 - 3 Stags.

Can't see us getting a win out of this. Stevenage have drawn a lot lately, but had a couple of 4-1 wins against poor sides. 2-2 draw

If he drops Angol and starts with eother Miller or rose if fit then that would be ideal.

If we score first we can win

We scored first against Lincoln, Colchester and Luton yet took 2 points...

It's not about scoring first it's about wanting to play for MTFC this season and next.

As it is there must be a few, after yesterday, who know they will be gone if Flitcroft stays.

Stevenage are a big bully boy type of side, just the ones we don't turn up against because we are lightweight in midfield, don't expect anything from this game

Flitcroft will pick the 11 who want to play for him and the club. Atkinson will come in to midfield, Miller will start, and we’ll get 3 points. I’d like to see Anderson on the bench too. Last chance saloon for us, so we have to get about the game from the first minute not the 30th.

The bad run started with too many fred starters. Get back to basics with one fred person in charge for the rest of the season and we will be fine

Can't see a win here, but something's got to change eventually.

2-1 Win, Miller and Hemmings

Forest Town, have you learnt nothing from me? Game after game this season I have backed us to win 2 - 0 and you have laughed as I have wasted another £5.

See you in the bar before and I will have a pint waiting for you whilst a betting slip for a 2 - 0 win is neatly folded in my pocket.

Miller and Hemmings, 2 - 0 to us With a very vocal following!! COYS

45 minutes against a poor team who sat back second half don't fill me with any hope I'm afraid .

Not to concede would be a start .

2.0 defeat

For some reason i'm confident! If we play like we did against Luton in the first half we should finally see DF pick up 3 points, if we play like we did against Crewe in the first half i'll be home in Ealing by 9:30.

Right who is coming to Stevenage tomorrow? Four of us from South East London. I think this will be a poor turn out as many people are at work. We must win, end of.

I’m at work, finishing at 5pm, 6pm train from Newark and into Stevenage for 6.57pm! Praying we can turn up!

Train gets in at ten am. Unsurprisingly Trip Advisor says there is sod all of merit to do in Stevenage. See you all at the ground.
