So we sold about 100 tickets on match day?....Ooooookay.

Was lovely to see the QLE packed too; just how it should be.

I think would be about right, was in P block and was surprised by the number of spare seats despite expecting them to be sold.

It links to this as the citation. http://mobile.mansfieldtown.net//news/a ... 52737.aspx, a story from 2013 about capacity going up again.

I haven't heard or seen anything since that suggests its been increased again.

MTDCMAD where have you seen or heard that home games are back at 100%?

Thanks, i didn't see that one. Makes the decision not to be able to sell out the WS properly a little odd.

Great to see the ground like that today. Hopefully more of that to come next season.

It was great to have nearly 7,000 in the Wonk, with three well-populated stands. The atmosphere was superb.
Let's hope that Evans does the business in the summer transfer market, and we get off to a flier next season. We will have more crowds like today.
I actually LIKED Marksman Lager

Haha, 6900 right.

As doomy said, we only sold 100 in the day? Clearly we didn't.

The figures that were quoted on Facebook took into account all season ticket holders turning up which they wouldn't? So that allows some leeway on the sales done before the game. But looking from the upper west, the away end and quarry lane end looked pretty full and we were rammed in the upper west. I thought 7500 at least, but we've always done this with crowds at field mill ;)

500 free in the NS. Loads of spare seats north end of WSL and south end of WSU, plus the ones behind the dugouts. I couldn't really tell with the QLE from in there but quite a few odd ones. Seems about right...

Announce/submit a lower attendance, get less hassle from notts plod? Doesn't the cost go up for higher attendances or something like that.

You can't, it displays in the control room how many people are entering Field Mill.

In fairness think all our songs were sung by pompey in their own form with exception of Yellows.

Portsmouth on my mind,
He's only a poor little scummer etc.

Was very surreal.....

'Our song' . It's about as unique to us as it is to all the other team's fans that sing it.
