it would be interesting to see a comparison of results since steve evans came to us up to the transfer window, and results since he has brought in his "own" players.

under Adam Murray: Pl 16 Pts 19, Average points per game 1.19, Averaged over 46 games 55 points.
under Steve Evans before 1st Jan: Pl 7 Pts 8, (Total Pl 23 Pts 27), Average points per game 1.14, Averaged over 46 games 53 points.
under Steve Evans after 1st Jan: Pl 17 Pts 31, (Total Pl 40 Pts 58), Average points per game 1.82, Averaged over 46 games 84 points.

84 points would see automatic promotion in any season - considering he's only had a January window it's promising that we are averaging nearly 2 points per game since Jan 1st. A full summer of Evans putting his stamp on things even further would see us as very serious contenders if those stats are anything to go by.

Surely the average will come down once we've played the next 6 games against good sides. A good run of form though.

Time will tell for this season, at least it's in our own hands even if the task looks tough.

It feels like we're on the up and we'd have a good go next year if we don't quite make it this time.

Those tables are interesting in respect of Clownty. I suspect if you took them from 01.02.17 they would be even higher.

They could be a force next year if they can keep the momentum going.
