Age old debate. Point was it was no frills No functional. And yes it looked very inexpensive.

Still none the wiser of what you mean by 'inexpensive' ?
The stadium itself cost £14.23m to build on land already owned by the Council. No demolition costs.
Even if each stand only cost 1m and the rest spent on infrastructure etc I'd imagine JR'd get no change from 1m for the whole shebang. Is £1m what you mean by inexpensive?
