I'd take that. Beat Exeter in the semifinals and Stevenage on penalties at Wembley.

Mansfield's 72.9 is made up of
Current table: Pl 35 pts 52
Last 10 games: Pl 10 pts 19
So projected next 11 games: Pl 11 pts 20.9 (ie. 19 x 1.1)

Given quite a few have to play each other I'm guessing that form has to change for most?
Anyway, I'd happily take that ending now. If only it was played on paper eh?

ooher, that looks a bit tasty! Come on Evo, make it happen.
I'd love to finish above pompey and do them in the final too. That would be a dream come true!
You've got to go there and come back, to know where you've been.

Where ever we finish this season is a bonus tbh. Evans has turned our season right around and done brilliantly, I am not sure if we are good enough to finish in the top 7 if im honest, but lets give it a good go hey?

If we get Rose & Green back fit and get byrom back in the middle, and If MacDonald can find some form we could fire our way into the playoffs.
Hopefully we get to play on some better pitches soon, and Kean is out for 2 more weeks which is a worry.

Play and attitude is ok currently but we do seem to have started a slight blip and its all a bit nervous and goals drying up and its very uncertain as to what is the best striking blend ??
Expected more from Arquin and Green but some seem to think Rose the answer
Unsure!!.

The problem is that our next 11 games are much more difficult than the last 11. Looking at the remaining fixtures, it would be remarkable if we are in the playoff's at the end of the season. I'm not expecting it personally - though I would love to be proved wrong!

I honestly don't think there is a massive difference between any of the teams in this division on any given day and that form is so fluctuent that if we do string some performances together, the oppositions that await us shouldn't be necessarily any more difficult to beat than the ones we've recently faced.

Hope so obviously but feel we'll just fall short sadly. Tough games coming up. That's why it was so frustrating to drop points against the likes of Accy, Yeovil and Cheltenham. Hopefully we'll rise to the occasion. I won't exactly describe it as fun as it unfolds - but it certainly keeps the heart pumping! Put it another way - I'd rather be us than Orient...

We are the underdogs for the playoffs when you look at all the fixtures left to play, but hey who knows?

You do realise that getting points off teams around us is more beneficial than getting them off teams at the bottom ?
Plus this isn't the best time to play teams down there. They'll be scrapping for their lives.
