People are still pretending the results under the current manager is Evans fault?

Imagine if we went on a amazing run and sealed top three with ease, bet nobody would of gave the Stevie Evans credit then.

You are missing the point. He walked out. He deserves no credit whatsoever. Do you think he cared where we finished?

Ok guys.

We were derailed as Tippy Tappy ( not blaming you fella ) posted the "Scotish" manager praising our non league neighbours.

How is David Conn saying they are fourth oldest club when the present club wasn’t formed until 1919.

He should know better.

That's what I thought too

After reading the article, I don't think any club, despite history, have any more right of being in the EFL than any other club.

The thing that surprises me is that their fans seem to have accepted their fate with little protest. The old ploy of putting ex favourite players in charge (Lester and then Evett seems to have worked.

If they ever go bust, the chant "You let your club die" will have never been more apt.

How would you ever get to chant it?

Lots of speculation regarding their new manager. Apparently they've had 35 applicants. Curle, Davis, Moore or Redfern? No, my guess is they will go with the cheap option, Evatt.

Could do worse than Cox, you need somebody who has done it before in the conference.

They'd form an AFC club, which would inevitably come back up the leagues.

Me too.

It also needs to be immovable.

I've done one on an old bed sheet with a can of black paint, but it'd be the bees knees if we could get somat that looked professional.

Then we'd need a dark night to put it up. :D

Appreciate slightly off topic.
