FGR Friday night

Postby Sledge » Tue Mar 12, 2013 8:31 pm

Hi
For those making the trip, the bar (Green Man) is open from 5pm. It has a proper serving hatch now for pre-match meals, the fish & chips is very popular.

As before you'll be in the seated stand behind one of the goals (unless you bring more than 400 in which case you'll get extra space elsewhere).

All entry is by ticket now, the ticket office is right in front of you as you enter the ground off the roundabout. As this is the opposite end to the away stand, best to get your ticket when you arrive then head for the bar. Queues get a bit long after about 7.15

Happy to answer any other questions

Safe trip

Cheers, doubt we'll bring that many due to Wrexham away on the Tuesday which is a crunch game for us, still probably 80-100 will make the trip.

Ps. Any burgers on offer? ;)

Yes, don't need to be bought in advance of matchday, only in advance of going through the turnstiles.

Chinese Mick is going as he's got a woman in Bristol he can doss down with. He don't like long drives late at night see.

I'm planning to go. Depends on whether I can get out of work.

Tickets were only for advanced purchase, probably to gauge our numbers.

That thread is now this thread, so looks like merged . I am on the SSA bus for this . I reckon if we have 200 or so there we can really make some noise in that stand. Come on !

Bottom of the big hill in Nailsworth, turn left, follow the road for a couple of hundred yards and its facing you.
Best steaks in the area.
