Not for me. Continue as we are. Rhead is the perfect impact sub as proved again tonight. Made the difference big time. Personally would recall Howell Friday, drop Stevo to the bench, push Chappers up behind Green.

Excellent performance, but not a starter. Keep bringing him on to bully defenders for the last half-hour.

I like Rheady. He wasn't gifted technical ability or an athletic frame but he couldn't give two hoots. He knows exactly what he's good at - and god forbid any defender who tries to stop him.

Leave him on the bench, the option to bring him on to terrorize the centre halfs is a great option ! Think i would bring Howell in for stevo to give us a bit more steel in the midfield would be my only change COYS

Now im a fairly big chap  but when you get up close and personnal (if you get my drift) wlth Rheady, you realise just how big this boy is and why sometimes defenders just cant handle him.

Hats off to him, Rheady Rheady boing boing

Well played Coxy from bringing him on early enough to make the difference he did. The game was crying out for him to come on last night. The number of crosses and throw ins that we put into their box first half that neither the keeper or defence could deal with properly made it obvious that if you added Rhead to the mix then it would pay off and it did.

As for Chapman's goal, normally you see the ball being played back for someone to shoot from that range in this division and you set your sights somewhere over the top of the stand but christ on a bike that is two stonkers/snorters/thronkers/thrumpledinkers (the last one is my new word) that he has scored. The lad is different gravy.

Apparently the shockwaves of Rheady jumpng the hoardings into the QLE sent the tremor all the way to the top off the stand and cracked it in two.

Did you know 7% of all goals scored against Grimsby Town this season were scored by Matt Rhead?

Masterstroke bringing on Rheady, and I can't imagine that there were many in the home crowd who didn't think that it was a positive move when CoxY replaced Stevo for Rheady. After an hour of nothing up top, Grimsby's centre halves could finally put down their nail files and pick up the bruises.

Rheady was exactly what was called for and changed the game on its head. The big man proving his worth to our squad.

Not a starter, he knows his role in the team as the "game changing/ impact player/ super sub" and plays it great.
Can't see us retaining him if we gain promotion, though :(
