Is Tolley worth bringing back into the squad? It sounds as though Clements - as good as he is - can't do the deeper midfield role.

Need Ant back ASAP, whole of the midfield was dire tonight and we need some steel in there especially against the better sides.

Howell said on 103.2 tonight where he was part of the reporting team that he has a ligament tear which could mean he's out for a few weeks but he'll know for definite on Friday after he's seen a specialist.

"Clements did nothing" Agree he was terrible tonight, not only that but he just does not seem interested to me. If Howell is going to be out for a couple of weeks we need to do something as Clements is not the answer playing that role.

It stood out when Jennings took corners he'd always create problems. Clem took one, and it went straight into Farmans hands.

This wouldn't be getting a player in for the sake of it one high quality midfielder in until the end of the season could make all the difference.

Didn't think I would be saying this but Ant is a big miss and needs replacing properly.

This, Clements was absolutely woeful tonight, would have given him a 4 but only cos Martins ratings don't allow less

If Ant's out for a while then we need to replace him ASAP, Clements was absolute dog meat. There wasn't anyone in the midfield last night who did all the dirty work like Ant does and his physicality in the middle of the park, we were so weak and lost everything in the midfield.

I'm a Clements fan and when he played earlier in the season i was impressed, but yeah he was really poor last night although Murray and Stevenson were no better.

Clements gave the worst performance from a stags player i have seen for a long time, he looked like he was playing with a major hangover, the defence was poor because we were overrun from midfield time and again. I would look no further than our oponents last night for a midfielder, i think Power is an excellent player, i have not seen him play bad against us, a loan move with a view to permanent deal in the summer

One Lincoln player that I do like the look of, and could possibly be worth a punt on next season is Fofana. Best player on the pitch last night, for me, until he had to go off. Does a very similar job to Howell, with a good engine and an eye for a pass. Seen him 3 times now and he seems very consistent.

Clemets was poor . but wasnt helped by Stevo who was just as poor IMO. Power has played very well against us four times this season now and was involved in everything Lincoln tried to do. Has an eye for the forward pass, a good engine and can do the tackling bit too......deffo worth a look.

Any news on Ants scan? I think it was earlier this week.
Lets hope its not as bad as it could be and he's back after a couple of weeks.
Looking at the top teams in our league, they are all making potentialy influencial loan signings.
With only a short time left to go till the end of the loan window, maybe an influential athletic and experienced midfielder to fill in for Ant would be beneficial and would inject energy and impetous into the team.
Clem was rubbish against Lincoln, Tolley for what ever reason is not being selected and Poku is on season loan and I don't think has a recall clause.
Now is the time to make a stunning loan aquisition to drive us on to success.
