Hes been up and coming for 7 years.
Hes technically gifted but way to much of a lightweight for league 2.
These are my opinions , if you don't like them I have others...

1-1 another kick n rush show...currently lacking quality in central midfield and with Quinn ,Maris and Macca out we struggle , just hope the Manager puts his negative jumper off for once and bites the bullet with 3 up front.

Also hoping for Oates and Akins up top with KD dropping in to a slightly deeper role.

Hewitt
Harbottle
Kilgour
Perch
Bowery

Clarke
Wallace or Boateng

Keillor-Dunn

Oates
Akins

Think we’d have a good chance of 3 points there.

The quicker we can get Maris or Reed back though the better.

Let's start on Wednesday. Hopefully as they are bringing over 1300 the atmosphere should be good and the players respond.

3 - 1 Stags after falling behind in the 42nd minute due to the usual defensive tactics employed

Usual defensive tactics? Are we watching the same team?

Don't you think we sit deep and hope to hit teams on the break for the first 60 mins and then push on ?

No I don't

:-) And this what makes football so great. Two totally contrasting views from fans of the same club.

Either way 3 points will do ;-)

Considering they’ve had trips to Brighton and Southampton as well as Carlisle and Sutton since the start of March I think 1300+ is a good midweek showing.

fair point

Would be surprised if NC did start Law though.......he just doesnt want to start up and coming players preferring moderate performances from the more experienced player.

I'd like to see Law start too. Probably for Boateng

Knocks for Oates and Clarke ahead of tomorrow. Clarke rated as 50/50.

This fanciful idea that we are going to be in a much better place with injuries down the line just won’t materialise in any great way in my opinion.

Macca comes back, injured straight away
CJ comes back, injured straight away
Oates comes back, gets a knock

Maris has been a week away for weeks.

Suspensions for players impacting the available squad like Quinn.

fresh knocks and injuries just like Clarke that could rock the boat. He won’t be the last before the seasons end that’s for sure.

There is a very good chance it proves costly. Beyond frustrating

Astonishing that we’ve got 8 CM’s on the books and arguably the best 5 could all be out.

At this stage of the season we’re going to need Clarke to play through it. There is a further risk to injury granted, but this is a game we really need to win. Need players to strap themselves together and get out there.

Clough did say they may have to ask Clarke to play through it.

You keep going on about lightweight, do you say the same about about others with a similar frame - Paul Mathews was slight, Ossie Ardilles likewise - Jason has a brain and a passing ability to go with it, perhaps that`s why he doesnt start.

Law is slight and slow, not a good combo, but has undoubted ability on the ball. That said Boateng and Wallace are at least one of those two as well.

Boating has yet to impress me at all this season. I hardly notice he's on t'pitch most of the time. Not a stand out player.

That's because he is lightweight and hardly Ossie Ardilles on the ball which is a ridiculous comparison.

I have no issue with Jason at all.
The fact is though he's had 9 appearances in 8 years under 6 managers......

What does that tell you ?

All 6 managers were wrong and you're right garlic ?
