We're going to Kilburn, loads of pubs and cafes, restaurants etc right outside the station. Great high street and only 3 stops to Wembley.

We're doing a pub crawl from St.Pancras to Euston Square station.
Miller's Bar, O'Neills, Euston Flyer and the Rocket. Get on Metropolitan line at Euston Square to Wembley Park.

Last time it was so busy at the Torch near Wembley we couldn't get served so probably just gonna stay around that area.

Vale got the Green Man apparently. I've been sent a list of Stags pubs in Wembley. We are stuck with the rubbish Torch.

Kilburn is 3 stops away and full of pubs, used to go there before England games 3-4 years ago when based down south.

Not sure if this is correct

Crock of Gold, 23 Bridge Road, Wembley, HA9 9AB
Blue Check Café, 12 – 13 Empire Way, Wembley, HA9 0RQ

Just spent an hour this afternoon looking at this list, it looks like it was one from 2019, I do hope there will be an updated one, as after researching them pubs, we have the proper dreg end pubs.
Green man Mansfield takeover surely….

Wembley Tavern is probably the worst pub I've ever been in.

The premier Inn opposite the tube station and the end of wembley way normally due a outdoor bar and barbecue we should be having that.

I went to Wembley yesterday for Non-League Finals Day.

No drinking on Wembley Way.

Stadium - £6.00 a pint from kiosks or real ale stand (Budweiser, Stella, Courage Best Bitter and another real ale). It mainly seemed to be Budweiser on draught. They ran out of draught Budweiser after the game and were selling 330ml bottles for £6.50.

Had a pint in The Torch after the game. You get searched before going in which will cause big queues. That was £5.50 a pint.

The big beer drinkers will be better off jumping on the Tube and going one stop north to Kingsbury (Stags fans go there for Barnet games) or two stops south to Dollis Hill which someone else recommended.

Just been to a gig at MK stadium and it was £7 a pint. Let that sink in. Absolute shambles.
Anyway, going back to Wembley I would always avoid around the stadium for a beer. The Torch is naff , too small and what’s the point of queuing 6 deep at the bar. Go a few tube stops in any direction and have a few beers then come back to soak up the atmosphere

Not too many to be fair. Proper pubs that is. There are loads of restaurants with bars like Zizzi , las iguanas etc etc and if you time it right you can get a table for food and just basically have beers whilst you are there. We do this regularly at England games. Zizzi is good as you can order via their App and it just keeps coming to the table without trying to get the servers attention.

The Green Man pub has tweeted that it is for Vale fans on Saturday.

Shame they’ve ended up with Boxpark and the Green Man.

Ladt time we went in 2011 they stopped you going into pubs in central London if you were wearing club kits or club t shirts. Had to turn mine inside out to get into Moon under Water in Leicester Square among others.

I saw today our 'fan zone' is Arena Square, which looks next to the Vale side of the ground, is this correct?

just seems bizarre, they get box park and have to walk through or past our fan zone to get to their side of the ground. Surely we'd have been better with box park and our route could have gone around arena square. I guess they know what they're doing as they do it all the time, just looking from the map it doesnt seem right....

Yeah seems strange to me too considering it's likely to be a relatively even split between us and Vale fans, but they've been divvying up pubs for these type of games for years so I guess they know whats what...
