It still amazes me that there is not a definitive size of a pitch.halifaxstag wrote:AJStag wrote:Much narrower pitch at Sixfields suits their throw ins methodology.More run up room too. Deal with that and endeavour to minimise concession of free kicks and corners and all will be well.
Are you sure? Football Ground Guide has it at 116x 72 yards compared with 115x 70 at Field Mill.

Think the players we need to stay calm and keep our concentration but I’m sure Clough and the coaching staff will drill this into them. The longer it goes without the Cobblers scoring the more their own fans will become unsettled and hopefully this will be passed onto the Cobblers team. Keep the Faith. COYS
Bobby Madley, reffed last game of season against FGR

Toner had a good game in our 4-0 win over Port Vale last season I thought, but not so good in the 2-1 win at Oldham this season.

can you also bet on him not being booked given the disparity of odds between bookies ?yellooooooooooows wrote:And if anyone wants to make money tonight bet365 clearly thinks Hawkins is still a striker.. have him at 8/1 to be booked anytime!!

Here's a list of all the games he has reffed for us. https://www.football-lineups.com/refere ... =mansfield
How we fare with him in the middle:
Reffed 13 - W 7 - D 3 - L 3 ----- 15 yellows (against us) out of 31. (in league it's 10 games, 6 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses. dished us 9 yellows out of 24.
Here is northampton https://www.football-lineups.com/refere ... =northmptn
Reffed 9 - W 1(!!!) - D 2 - L 6 ------ 12 yellows out of 22. Only reffed them in the league.
Penalty wise- he's given them 1 out of three hes given in games he has reffed featuring Northampton.
However in games featuring the stags he has given us 4 penalties and the opposition 2.
