Young winger on loan to Carlton
mansfieldtown.net, 4th January 2016 Mansfield Town winger Anthony Dwyer has joined Carlton Town on loan until 30 April. The winger has already spent part of the season on loan at Mickleover Sports in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division where he made 12 appearances, scoring three goals. Dwyer is yet to make a senior appearance for the Stags, but showed good potential in the youth team last season and played an important role in their progression to the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup. Meanwhile, young midfielder Joe Fitzpatrick has returned to the Stags following a one month loan spell at Carlton and versatile left-sided player Conor Green is also back at the club after a four-week loan at Gresley. ---------------------- |
