Season-ticket sales continue to struggle
Holdsworth calls on Stags' fans to sign up to ticket deal
CHAD.co.uk, 05 May 2009, By John Lomas
DESPITE all the pleas to get behind Mansfield Town, the club had still only sold 459 season tickets towards the magic 3,000 as Chad went to press.

Stags have offered fans a superb cut-prrice season ticket deal, but it would only be viable if 3,000 take it up by the end of this month.

David Holdsworth's hopes of signing players rest on it and he said: "Are we as big a club as we believe we are? The chairman, myself and the players believe but we need the fans to believe too.

"Please come and sign up for the season tickets, we need you on board now.

"No one has a divine right to get out of this league. But you won't get a more hard-working board anywhere in this league."
