TANKARD SET TO STAY

Great news today as Stags defender Allen Tankard has verbally agreed terms to a new 1 year deal at Field Mill.
Allen put in some fantastic performances at the end of last season and was a key figure in the promotion push. The news that he will remain at Field Mill is sure to please the fans and it has also pleased the manager, "It's good to have Allen on board, he showed what an important member of the squad he is in the final few games of last season. His experience will be invaluable to us next season in Division 2." said Watkiss. Hopefully the deal will be tied up in the coming days as the players enjoy the final two weeks of their summer break.
